Currently I am accepting  Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO) health insurance. I am considered out of network with other insurance companies. If you would like to see me as an out of network provider I will give you with documentation needed to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You always have the option of self pay.  There are benefits to not using insurance which I would be happy to discuss with you before our initial session.   

Individual Sessions

Initial session $200.  This includes discussing what you hope to gain from our time together, a brief history, confidentiality and payment options for future sessions.  This session will be 60-90 mins.

Ongoing Weekly or Bi-weekly sessions are $175 and are 50-55 mins.

Clinical Supervision

For individuals working towards licensure for the ATR or LCPC, I offer both individual and group supervision. Please contact me to discuss rates. 

Therapeutic Groups

From time to time I offer groups to address specific issues that you or your family may be facing.  These include, but are not limited to, journaling groups, anxiety & stress relief, grief and loss, redefining life roles, shame resiliency and adjusting to life in recovery.   

Workshops

Workshops vary in timeframes.  A corporate team building workshop can be custom designed to fit the needs of your particular group.  For example, coming together as a group to plan, design and execute an art project for donation to a local non profit or community agency.  I have organized and run, team building and community service projects that have included creating murals, mosaics and collage.
